Main Frame:
Constructed from high-quality 60×40×2 mm rectangular steel tubes with fully welded joints. The surface undergoes oil removal, acid pickling, and phosphating for rust prevention, followed by Epoxy powder electrostatic coating, ensuring resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion. The static load capacity of the frame exceeds 450 kg.
Panels:
Side panels and removable back panels are fabricated from 1.2 mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, processed with precision machinery. All surfaces are finished with Epoxy powder electrostatic coating, providing excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
Three-Stage Vibration Isolation:
Triple vibration damping system, including:
Vibration isolation at the platform body,
Vibration isolation at the marble tabletop,
Vibration isolation between the marble tabletop and laboratory instruments.

Height-Adjustable Feet:
Combination structure of stainless steel screw rods, nylon caps, and rubber bases, allowing free height adjustment from 0 to 30 mm. Integrated with vibration damping functionality.
Work Surface:
The outer tabletop is made of 12.7 mm thick solid phenolic resin board. A 60 mm thick, 400 mm × 300 mm independent marble panel is embedded in the center, equipped with anti-vibration pads to enhance stability. Leveling functionality is also provided.
